Don’t Miss Slow Food Indy at the Indiana State Fair

In conjunction with the Indiana State Fair, Slow Food Indy is celebrating Indy’s own Snail of Approval recipients this year with cooking demonstrations and an opportunity to meet and greet some of our finest Chefs.  The Snail of Approval designation began in August 2012 and recognizes restaurants that demonstrate a commitment to the Slow Food principles of good, clean and fair food.  These restaurants are committed to supporting local farmers, using seasonal ingredients and artisan products, green business practices and supporting their local community.
