Snail of Approval

Slow Food Indy is considering the launch of a Snail of Approval program similar to Slow Food NYC Snail of Approval. If you're interested in being a part of the discussion, please contact membership@slowfoodindy.com

Terra Madre

Every other year, Slow Food hosts Terra Madre international meeting that brings together food communities, cooks, academics, and youth delegates for four days to work towards increasing small-scale, traditional, and sustainable food production.

Slow Food Indy has sent delegates from central Indiana to Terra Madre every year that the meeting has been held. Look for more info on Terra Madre 2010 soon.
