New Board Positions:

Hello, Slow Food Indy supporters. Our board is looking to expand this year with 2-3 very important roles. We hope we can find the right people to fill these spots, as they will help us move forward with our mission to support good, clean and fair food for everyone.

We've changed many of our events over the last year, with a focus on supporting groups and people in Indianapolis that are working to end hunger and food inequity. Organizations like Lawrence Community Gardens, Flanner House and many others are working hard in their communities - designated food deserts - to grow and supply food for people.

We want to continue this work, but we need the right people to help us make that happen.

Who We Need

We need people who are focused, available 10 or so hours a month (including board meetings) and willing to do the hard work that is necessary to complete our v board. We meet every second Tuesday at a Snail Approved establishment (usually OCA in Sun King Brewing downtown.)
